Rich and meaty against the high char of the Rye, this is balanced, but opinionated!

2 oz Mersey Rye Whiskey

¾ oz Chazalettes Vermouth

¼ oz Amaro

3 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Combine the ingredients into a glass and stir. Serve over a large ice cube.
